Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by CQ Content (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to you, the client (“you” or “Client”).
By booking or engaging with CQ Content, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
CQ Content offers photography, videography, brand strategy, and digital content creation.
Services may include but are not limited to:

Visual content for campaigns, events, products, and social media

Creative direction, scripting, and content planning

Post-production editing and delivery
A full brief or service agreement will be agreed upon prior to project commencement.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed.

Full payment is due within 7 days of final invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delayed payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth workflow, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information relevant to the project

Ensure availability for approvals or feedback within agreed timelines

Secure any necessary location access, permissions, or model releases (unless previously arranged with us)

Ownership and Usage Rights

CQ Content retains copyright and moral rights of all creative works.

Upon full payment, the Client receives a licence to use the final edited content for the agreed purposes (e.g., social media, marketing, website use).

Usage outside of agreed platforms (e.g., resale, print advertising, third-party use) may require additional licensing fees.

Behind-the-scenes and select portfolio content may be used by CQ Content for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 5 working days’ notice.

Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) may result in additional fees to cover lost time or expenses.

Creative Control

We take pride in delivering work that aligns with your brand and brief. Feedback is welcomed and revisions are included if agreed in the project scope.

Additional revisions outside scope may be subject to further charges.

Final creative decisions rest with CQ Content where artistic integrity is concerned.

Limitation of Liability
CQ Content is not liable for:

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, equipment failure)

Any indirect or consequential loss

Failure to deliver content due to the Client’s non-cooperation or delayed communication

Confidentiality
All materials, conversations, and project information will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to its courts.

Agreement
By confirming a booking or accepting a quote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
